Colouration.—The carapace is brownish-yellow; the plastronpale yellow. Above, the head and neck are dull olive; bothare thickly sprinkled with yellow on the under surfaces. Dimensions.—The species attains a length of five or sixinches. Distribution.—Arizona and New Mexico.
