In children the representation of vesical calculi is especiallyeasy, an exposure of a minutes duration generally being 81 shows the bisected halves of a calculus extracted fromthe bladder of a boy of six years. It has an elliptic shape, itslength being 9 and its width 6 centimetres. Although the restlesspatient moved considerably, the displacement amounting to awhole inch, the shadow of the calculus can be distinctly recognisedon the plate (Fig. 82).
