FBI Agents arrest Doug Tanner and Shann Ladiser, both members of the Opposing Forces (OPFOR) during a simulated exercise at Cyber Shield 18, on Thursday, May 17, at Camp Atterbury, Ind. Cyber Shield is an Army National Guard exercise designed to assess Cyber Warriors on response plans to cyber incidents and has over 800 Soldiers and Airmen participating.
