Andy Uhl, chief of staff for task force integrated air and missile defense leads a meeting with partner nations aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Winston S. Churchill (DDG 81) during exercise Formidable Shield (FS) 2017. FS-17 is a 6th-Fleet led, Naval Striking and Support Forces NATO-conducted exercise designed to improve allied interoperability in a live-fire IAMD environment using NATO command and control reporting structures.
