CAMP WILLIAMS, Utah -The Utah National Guard hosted its annual Governor's Day Saturday, Sept. 29, at 10 at the Camp Williams parade field. Festivities included the adjutant general change of command, where Maj. Gen. Brian L. Tarbet relinquished command after 12 years to Maj. Gen. Jefferson S. Burton, and a change of responsibility where Command Sgt. Maj. Bruce D. Summers turned the reins over to Command Sgt. Maj. Michael M. Miller. The event provides Governor Gary R. Herbert, commander in chief of the Utah National Guard, an opportunity to review his troops in a pass-and-review ceremony
