Master at Arms First Class Christopher Kurz, a Reserve Sailor from Navy Operational Support Center Phoenix, secures the ensign during a flag raising ceremony at Cox Communications. About 100 employees of Cox and their family members attended the ceremony. Colonel Tom Sheets, US Marine Corps, ret., was the guest speaker and the Buffalo Soldiers of Arizona presented an exhibit.
