A statue of the late Frank Van Acker by the Vismarkt in Bruges. He was mayor of Bruges and minister van Staat. He was born in 1929 and died in 1992. The bronze statue was made by Fernand Vanderplancke. In the background you see the canal and tourists enjoying a tip on a boat.
