The New Parrot Windmill (1790) in Bruges, Belgium


In 1970 The New Parrot Windmill (De Nieuwe Papegaaiwindmolen) was moved to Bruges from Beveren-aan-de-IJzer (Alveringem) where it was known as the Hoge Seinemolen. It was originally built in 1790. It is a protected heritage site since 14 April 1944. It was last restored in 2009.
