The design is configured around two different and complementary blocks forming a unified streetscape at ground level, which builds on the aspiration of a family orientated design concept with quality green open spaces that enable public realm around the buildings to create a friendly neighbourhood and community feel. All units will be constructed to meet Lifetime Homes and the new London Housing Design Guide with private amenity space in the form of gardens, balconies and terraces. The scheme will achieve a 25% reduction in C02 (CSH Level 3)
