We have engraved a drawing of the mural tablet, by Flaxman, which was erected by the late Minister to the memory of his parents, about the time when he entered public life. He was born the 4th Dec., 1739; Succeeded his grandfather, Viscount Palmerston the 10th June, 1767, and departed this life the 20th Jan., 1805. They left two sons, Henry and William; and two daughters, Frances and Elizabeth, to lament their early and irreparable loss".' From "Illustrated London News", 1865.
