Clown anemonefish (Amphiprion sp.) amongst bleached sea anemone tentacles. Increased temperatures in surrounding waters or exposure to too much light

Clown anemonefish (Amphiprion sp.) amongst bleached sea anemone tentacles. Increased temperatures in surrounding waters or exposure to too much light can cause sea anemones to expel symbiotic algae. As a result they lose their colour and appear white. Photographed at Bunaken National Park, North Sulawesi, Indonesia.
