CATONSVILLE, Md. – Rear Adm. Jennifer Couture, commander, Naval Service Training Command (NSTC), speaks to University of Maryland Consortium (Baltimore County) Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) midshipmen, during a recent visit to the school here, September 15. Couture spoke to the unit about leadership, changes to the NROTC program to improve training, Warrior Toughness and the need for warfighters to be ready to lead the U. S. Navy and Marine Corps into the future.
