Stubby the Tabby cat is somewhat of a celebrity at the Gloucester docks known by the locals and visitors. He has been living in Gloucester Harbor for some 12 plus years. Stubby has no owner-- one of his primary benefactors Paul Harling of The Dive Locker at the Maritime Gloucester Center watches over him on cold nights.
