Theodore Spellacy is pictured in the graduation photo of the 1st Ranger Infantry Company, November 1950. Spellacy joined the Army in 1948 at age 17. He retired from active duty in 1984 and is currently serving as the deputy chief of personnel for the 21st Theater Sustainment Command.
