Ecological mountain Lake in Combloux, Rhone Alps. France
The mountain lake has been created for swimming with clear, pure water and no chemical products. Water temperatures may reach 26° C. Aquatic plants, a fountain, a waterfall with a running stream all guarantee water quality for the 1500 m² swimming area. Maximum depth 1m80. This is the first ecological lake open to swimmers in France, in a superb landscape, facing the Mont-Blanc. Near the village center, surrounded by alpine pastures and wooden chalets, the lake is lined by a wooden deck and green lawn sloping down to the sandy shores.
