People walk around the Cardiff Bay in ,332 new cases of the coronavirus have been recorded today bringing the total to 172,879 since the pandemic began. The overall death total now stands at 3,997 in Wales. The infection rate is now cases per 100,000 people based on the seven days up to January 7. That is down on the 415 previously reported.
