Vernal Garris, safety manager, 595th Transportation Brigade, provides safety supervision to contractors and Soldiers offloading equipment from the Liberty Promise at the Port of Shuaiba, Kuwait, May 24, 2021. The ship arrived in Kuwait to deliver more than 500 pieces of equipment and items, many of which came from the Army Central’s Area Support Group-Qatar that is scheduled for inactivation.
