Lt. Col. Christopher “Wedge” Southard, commander, 120th Fighter Squadron, 140th Wing, Colorado Air National Guard, taxis by his crew as he prepares to deploy to Kadena Air Base, Japan for the Theater Security Package. Approximately 250 Airmen and 12 F-16 Fighting Falcons with the 120th Fighter Squadron from Colorado Air National Guard Base, Buckley Air Force Base, Colorado, are set to deploy in May to Kadena Air Base, Japan, as the 120th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron in support of the Pacific Command Theater Security Package.
