The Sergeant Audie Murphy Club medallion hangs from the neck of Sgt. 1st Class Stephen Hosendove, historian for SAMC, Fort Bliss Chapter. The medallion is engraved with the figure of Audie Murphy on the front and has the inscription “Outstanding Noncommissioned Officer” on the backside.
