Met [Charles] Damoreau at de-barkation. To Erford ?s, I & Dillon to my-room for a wash. I very weak and queer. Going down town to Gosling ?s for breakfast met [Frank] Royal, and anon [William] Roberts. Post Office, calls &c. Back and drawing hard all day. Mr Hart called, and Edward Greatbatch. / Felt extreme headache & weariness all day. Evening to Gymnasium with Waud, but couldn ?t exercise. Took a cold bath which set me shuddering like an ague, yet without feeling chilled. Erford ?s for a brief space. Damoreau there. 26. Sunday. Doing chores till noon. Waud with me.
