The os calcis makes a right angle with the restof the foot; its position is very nearly perpendicular, and its form quite irre-gular outwardly and at the insertion of the tendo Achillis. The bones aresmall, but otherwise the foot is well formed, with the exception of someobliquity of the metatarso-phalangeal articulations. 3212. The bones of the other foot. 3213.
