The newequipment will be of 10,700 horsepowercapacity. Then, the old equipment of 5000horsepower capacity will be transferred toSpaulding No. 2 plant, in the bed of thesouth fork of the Yuba River just belowSpaulding No. 1, and through which waterpasses from Spaulding tunnel and on toDeer Creek by way of the old South Yubaditch system.
