Lt. Col. Charles W. Harlow served as the commanding officer of Camp du Valdahon in France from August 15th to November 1st, 1918. This photograph, taken on April 5th, 1919, shows Lt. Col. Harlow in his role as the camp's Post Adjt. He previously served in the 7th Field Artillery as a Major.
