A Japanese katana, circa 1670 Blade shinogi-zukuri with slight torii-zori. Chu-kissaki, ko notare hamon with some nijuba, nie zake and nie kozure. Ko-maru boshi with deep kaeri, chu-masame itame hada. Blade with pitting worn by polishing. Nakago ubu with one mekugi-ana and kiri yasurime, inscribed "Mutsu no Kami Kaneyasu". Gilt copper habaki. Mokkogata iron tsuba with simple, punched decoration. Black lacquered grip winding over black same with horn kashira. Ishime black lacquer saya, iron chape with insect decorations.
