She lifts her skirt, so that a colored underskirt becomes visible. On the head a hat with veil: 'Chapeau au repentire'. Further accessories: impeller, flat shoe with pointed nose. The print is part of a series of 142 fashion prints, 115 of which have been identified, issued by J. Chéreau, Paris, 1799-1810.
