Balance Sheet The Proof of Bond, while no longer required, is highly recommended for your protection. List of Officers and Board - We need this list to contact the Society. It helps us send information to the appropriate people. - Note: Remember to include business phone numbers for Secretaries and Treasurers. Report of Board of Directors - This is a summary of activities carried out by the Agricultural Society over the past year. Cash Receipts and Expenditures - This is a summary of your cash inflow and outflow for the previous year. Balance Sheet - This is a summary of the financial position of the Agricultural Society including assets, liabilities and equity or net worth.
