Cochrane Haven plaque outside a building in the Fife coastal town of Culross. The plaque is a tribute to Admiral Thomas Cochrane the 10th Earl of Dundonald who spent his youth in Culross. He joined the Navy in 1793 and fought in the Napoleonic Wars. He is recognised as a hero in Chile, Peru, Brazil & Greece, countries he heped to independence. He is buried in Westminster Abbey.
