Thomas and George Pollok diedintestate and without issue and their property went to theirwhole sister Francess (Mrs. Devereux) heirs and their half-sisters (Mrs. J. F. Burgwin) heirs. Sara Pierrepont Hunt (d. Apl. 17, 1823), was the only daugh-ter of her mothers second marriage, and she was the motherof all of John Burgwins children. (4) Mr. Burgwin was alarge merchant doing business at Fayetteville, Wilmington, NewBern and New York. He married, secondly, Miss Ellen Barber,of Bath, England, but she died without issue.
