Marine Cpl. Steven Carlo, 2nd Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment, Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force – Crisis Response – Central Command, signals the platoon to disperse in order to provide security during a landing zone/pick-up zone exercise while in the Middle East Nov. 18, 2017. The exercise focused on different methods of communication if radio systems go down and rehearsals of security postures at landing zones. SPMAGTF-CR-CC serves as the quick reaction force for the Central Command area of operations.
