Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. 30/08/2023, A 27-year-old is in Police Custody after losing control of his Toyota just after midnight close to the Alexandra Parade/Hoddle Street entrance onto the Eastern Freeway in Clifton Hill, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It was reported to me the road worker was operating alone on a wet dark night photographing faulty street lighting when the Toyota lost control and hit the crash barrier multiple times before striking the road worker.
