The old Watertower of IJmuiden build in 1915. As watertowers are not needed anymore it has been restructured in luxe condominiums with a grand view.
As Dutch Watertowers, once needed to get pressure on the water, are not needed anymore, to avoid breakdown other ways of usage are to be found. As in this example to rebuild the inside to luxe housing.
