Aberystwyth Wales UK, Thursday 13 Feb 2014 Police and CANTREF Housing Association officers are evacuating tenants and owners of flats in the PLAS MOROLWG complex overlooking Aberystwyth harbour after large parts of the roofs and facias of the buildings were torn off at the height of the ferocious winds yesterday. The people are being given temporary shelter at the town’s PLASCRUG leisure centre and ocall bed&breakfast guest houses. Structural engineers who have examined the structure say that it is not safe for tenants to be in any part of the buildings photo ©keith morris
