ALBANY, – New York Army National Guard Command Sgt. Major Frank Wicks, the state senior enlisted advisor, welcomes home Sgt. 1st Class James Rosencrans here Jan. 8 at Albany International Airport. Rosencrans arrived with some 200 other Soldiers across the state from the 427th Brigade Support Battalion’s Headquarters Company and Company B following demobilization at Camp Shelby, Miss. The Soldiers served in Kuwait or Afghanistan as part of the 27th Infantry Brigade Combat Team’s overseas service in 2012. Army photo by Col. Richard Goldenberg (RELEASED).
