Andover, Hampshire, UK. 06th Mar, 2016. The family of the 46 year old man Brian Tozer who was found in the early hours of Sunday morning on an Andover roundabout in Hampshire has sadly died. His family paid tribute to the man and have said that a massive hole has been left in their hearts. Speaking from her home in Andover Jenine Brister said " My uncle was rushed to Southampton General where sadly he gave up the fight. Andover,Hampshire 7th March 2016 The family of the 46 year old man Brian Tozer who was found in the early hours of Sunday morning on an Andover roundabout in Hampshire has sadly died. His family paid tribute to the man and have said that a massive hole has been left in their hearts. She went on to appeal to the person who failed to stop "I don't care why or yourself in as you have killed someone and they have have left a massive hole in our hearts. Police are hunting the driver of a vehicle that failed to stop after hitting the 46-year-old Kitchen Assistant, who had just finished worked and was found lying in the road in early hours of Sunday. Police are still appeal for the driver of the vehicle involved in the incident, the happened in the vicinity of the Folly Roundabout, Redon Way, Andover at around today. Sergeant Adrienne Jerram, from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit said: “We need to trace the vehicle that hit him and the driver as soon as possible. I’m now appealing for help from the public in tracing the vehicle. ©UKNIP
