IliirlleyPresident WiIIard5 inspection train passing Montani, W. Va J. R. Driscoll, age 59, general yardmaster, Johnstown, died of apoplexy, at hishome, Johnstown, Pa., on January 2. He-had been in railroad service for over 35years. He began work on the DelawareDivision, Penna. R. R., and later trans-ferred to the Southern Railway, beforestarting to work for this Company 23 yearsago. He was on the main line of theConnellsville Division between Connells-ville and Rockwood for a short time beforebeing appointed yard conductor, 1916, he met with an accident whilecoupling cars near Locust Street Crossing,and has since served as yard master. was a member of the Brotherhood ofRailway Trainmen. Funeral services wereheld at the Memorial Baptist Church p. m., January 4. He is survived byhis wife and three children. We extend ourheartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family.
