Class 20 diesel at rear of Staycation Express tourist train passing Blea Moor, North Yorkshire, on Settle to Carlisle railway line on 12th August 2020.


The North Pennine Staycation Express, run by Rail Charter Services Ltd, is a new tourist train running three times a day (Monday to Saturday) between Skipton and Appleby seen here at Blea Moor shortly after the train has left Ribblehead viaduct and before Blea Moor signalbox. The train is running as 188R, the 12:18 Skipton to Appleby on Wednesday 12th August 2020 with 47712, Lady Diana Spencer, at the front of the train and English Electric Type 1, class 20, D8107 (20 107) at the rear.
