COURT ARCADE . tONC DISTAHCB when the stack fell, as they had been putting in some glass about three min- utes before in the exact spot where the chimney struck. The damage cannot be estimated at present, as the house was filled with azaleas for Easter. J. W. Killiau, on Furley avenue, Gardensville, lost his entire stock through the burning of his boiler house. As he was unable to keep up fire, his steam went down and all the stock was frozen. The shed was completely burned, but the greenhouses were only dam- aged at the ends next the shed. The loss is placed at $2,000. At John Nuth's place, in Gardens- ville, a stack was blown across his greenhouses and one steam pipe was broken, but the damage was repaired in time to keep frost out, so that there was no loss aside from the chimney and the glass. At G. Halloway 's greenhouses, on Old York road, a lot of glass was blown out. Stevenson Bros., of Govanstown, and Lehr Bros., of Brooklyn, also lost some glass. At the establishment of Samuel Feast & Sons the end was blown out of a palm house and glass was blown from other parts of their range, but the dam- age was repaired in time to save the stock. F. W. Heimbach, of Philadelphia road, lost his dwelling, his boiler house and aJl stock by fire, which originated BOSTON, MASS. ti^lH^ -m^^ **PenB, the Telefrraph Florlat** Member of Florlsta' Delivery Asaoctatioii 3
