Young, now is with the Ellison Floral Co. Mrs. Ellison is the young man's aunt. Here he will learn a great deal of de- sign and decorative work. Montrose W. Hayes, local weather forecaster, says florists who want warn- ing of cold waves, heavy snows and sleet should communicate by letter with the local weather office and he will gladly phone them advance warn- ings. The W. C. Smith Wholesale Floral Co. reports a good run on florists' sup- plies since Thanksgiving. C. Young & Sons Co. displayed a fine lot of poinsettias in pots and pans last week and had their window in full Christmas dress.
