PHU YEN, Vietnam (June 29, 2022) – Able Seaman Philip Edey, a musician in the Royal Australian Navy Band, performs with the Pacific Fleet Band at Luong Van Chanh High School during a Pacific Partnership (PP22) host nation outreach event. Now in its 17th year, Pacific Partnership is the largest annual multinational humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness mission conducted in the Indo-Pacific.
