The majority of people will continue to be carried by the street andinterurban lines, notwithstanding the increased use of the automobile, pro-vided that up-to-date service and equipment are supplied. However, thesite will also prove a very convenient one for the 40 per cent of steam roadpassengers using automobiles. The streets radiate fan-like from the new plaza in front of the station,making the site accessible from all directions.
