A giant lantern in Kenroku-en Garden in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan. Development of the garden began in the 1620's. It is next to Kanazawa Castle and was once the outer garden for it. Along with Kairaku-en and Koraku-en, it is one the Three Great Gardens of Japan.
