This palace was the former residence of the Lascaris-Ventimiglia. It was built in 1648. It remained in the family until the French Revolution. After the building was sold in 1802, it fell into disrepair. Acquired by the city of Nice in 1942, the Palais was listed as an historic building in 1946.
