CAPE WRATH, Scotland - (April 3, 2017) - USS Carney (DDG 64) sails past Royal Netherlands Navy frigate HNLMS Tromp (F803) during exercise Joint Warrior 17-1 April 3, 2017. Carney, an Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer, forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, is conducting its third patrol in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe.
