LightCycler is a device for real-time quantitative PCR and detection of mutations. It is a thermal cycler combined with a spectrofluorimeter, monitored by a computer. The reactions are undertaken in capillary tubes. Here, visualization of the results on the screen of the computer. We detect the presence of mutations.
