No collection is complete without them. They are the flowers enormous Petals very large, Mrs. John Westcott (1891).—Color, cream pink to cream white, a very pleasing-shade variety has been pronounced a grand one by all who have seen it. Ada Spattldingr (1890).—Delicate pmk, shading in upper portion to the purest pearl-white, broad and solid; incurving, forming a large, compact, globe-shaped ball. Harry E. "Wideuer (1890).—This is unequaled in its color. Bright lemon-yellow; stiff, stout stems holding the flow- ers erect; incurving, forming a large, rounded, compact flower. This is the best yellow variety for cut-flowers. Flowers have been shown of this variety 15 inches in diameter. Mermaid (1891).—Soft, rich pink, a superb variety in every way; blooms very large and of fine form, a fine incurv- ing globular flower. A strong, vigorous grower; a fine market variety. Vivien Morrell (1890).—Deep pink, distinct, standing out prominently in every collection; of fine form. Extra. Frank Thompson (1891).—Beautiful ivory white, petals very broad and heavy, finely incurving, showing faint- est tinge of pale, pearly pink at times. A strong grower. Double extra. This must not be confused with Mrs. Frank Thompson. Ernest Asmus (1891).—Large coppery bronze, large size; very distinct and good in every way. Eda Prass (1891).—Peach-blow pink; a lovelj- shade; of great substance and depth. J. M. Jordan (1891).—The largest pmk incurved variety, petals completely overlappin
