Russian ISS astronauts, July 2011. Russian cosmonauts (left to right): Andrei Borisenko (born 1964), Aleksandr Samokutyayev (born 1970), and Sergei Volkov (born 1973) on board the International Space Station (ISS). Borisenko was the Expedition 28 commander, with the other two cosmonauts being flight engineers. They were in orbit from April to September 2011. Here, they are displaying the Russian Elektron oxygen generator systems in the Zvezda module of the ISS. In the background is a photograph of Yuri Gagarin and Sergei Korolev.
