The South Dakota Air National Guard’s Mobile Emergency Operations Center (MEOC) is staged at Camp Rapid, Rapid City, by members of the 114th Civil Engineer Squadron in early August during the Sturgis Bike Rally. Supporting the 82nd Civil Support Team who are working in Sturgis, , the MEOC will be close by in case it needs to be used for an emergency during the rally.
