180326-N-YI961-0054 NAVAL BASE GUAM, Guam (March 26th 2018) Construction Electrician 2nd Class Dominic Galassi, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, Detachment Guam, erects a light plant to be used for a Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps campout on Gab-Gab beach. NMCB-11 is forward deployed to execute construction, humanitarian and foreign assistance, and theater security cooperation in the 7th Fleet area of operations.
