Police have confirmed that four bodies have been found in a flat at Boschetti Steps, a 31-year-old British male, a 37-year-old Spanish woman, a 4-year-old girl and a 6-week-old girl, all believed to be of the same family. Gibraltar – 30th March 2015 – The Royal Gibraltar Police responded to a call at Boschetti Steps where upon a serious crime investigation was launched. Police have confirmed that four bodies have been found in a flat at Boschetti Steps, a 31-year-old British male, a 37-year-old Spanish woman, a 4-year-old girl and a 6-week-old girl, all believed to be of the same family. Detectives and a Crime Scene Investigation team are heading the investigation with forensic pathologists experts from the UK due to arrive tomorrow. At 2145hrs today the bodies of the four people remained in situ as a forensic investigation is conducted. A police spokesman has stated that the investigation is at its early stages but that at present no other person is being sought after. Throughout the afternoon detectives and uniformed officers have been conducting enquiries across the neighbourhood.
