Cargo is loaded onto the ramp of a C-130-J Super Hercules, Oct. 7, 2014, at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. As the Ebola outbreak becomes a potential global threat, Africa Command is working in support of the Agency for International Development, the lead federal agency (LFA), as part of a comprehensive government effort to respond to and contain the outbreak of the Ebola virus in West Africa as quickly as possible.
